Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and Refund Policy.

Return

We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, item must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unused) with tags attached in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@pawong.com. Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels for your return or exchange request. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Toys (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Cushions

  • Sale items

Exchange

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchange unless the product is defective.

Photo proof demonstrating the defective or damaged area of your order is required for an exchange. 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
